Mason L. Woodruff


Mason Woodruff has had a general transactional real estate practice in Decatur since his admission to the bar in1983. His practice includes advising, documenting, and closing real estate transactions – including purchases, loans, leases, title curative issues, mineral issues, right-of-way matters, land partition and division issues, boundary line disputes, and generally all other matters related to the acquisition and ownership of real estate. Also, Mr. Woodruff has a limited municipal law practice, having served on retainer since 1989 as the advisory attorney of record for the City of Decatur.

Jennifer Hallman Wren


Since joining the law firm in 2002 Jennifer Wren has primarily practiced law in the areas of family law and criminal law. She routinely deals with all areas of family law – including divorce, custody, child support, visitation, paternity, adoption, termination, name change, premarital agreements, and modifications of prior orders. Jennifer regularly represents clients in state criminal cases – including misdemeanor and felony cases – with resolution in the forms of dismissals, pleas or bench and jury trials. She also handles occupational drivers licenses, expungements, petitions for non-disclosure, and criminal appeals.
